WOW!!! I have traveled all over the world and have tried many different pan dulce. The ones I have bought from this cafe was absolutely AMAZING!! I purchased the vegan pan and I was BLOWN AWAY! It was fresh and didn’t feel “dried out”. I purchased all vegan items which is hard to even find in the Central Valley. I was able to get the concha, pink twist, crunchy cinnamon roll and the vegan tiramisu. My favorites from this establishment would have to be the concha and the tiramisu! I am shocked and can’t even tell it’s any different! The tiramisu was the perfect consistency and I can’t even tell it’s vegan. The mascarpone or the cream was so good I can’t believe it’s a dairy alternative. I grew up in fresno but now live in NY. I will definitely be making the long journey when I come and visit. I NEED THE CONCHA AND TIRAMISU ALL THE TIME!

Separate display case for the vegan items, so cool! Family run business who are super passionate about what they do and treat their customers like family. Sister who became vegan no longer lives and works here, but they continue on the tradition for their vegan customers! All the pan tastes great, very soft conchas that last a week! Pinneaple turnovers and cinnamon rolls are a must try. Haven't tried the donuts and tres leches but they look good! Waiting patiently for vegan elote, since that's my favorite! My partner and I come here every time we're in town!

They have delicious vegan baked goods! My fave sweet treat there is the Vegan Tirimisu, it is so delicious! Their vegan pan dulce is probably my second fave thing there and their cup cakes are delicious also. They always offer great customer service when I go in as well.

We recently moved to Clovis. We have been looking for a panadería and we finally found it. Loved the bread, the conchas are soft and delicious. We have been greeted by the same person, he's so nice. The vegan stuff were so good! Everything isn’t too sweet which is perfect. They had friendly service. So glad we stopped by before we left Fresno.

This is a wonderful bakery where you can get vegan baked goods as well as regular baked good. Everything is delicious! I got my husband a vegan cinnamon roll and he had no idea. He said it was the best cinnamon roll he ever had! Again, Everything there is so yummy! They never disappoint! Update... still love this bakery and go as often as we can. The vegan muffins are delicious. Love everything we get here, vegan and regular!!!

Delicious bread the gentleman is very patient and kind. The coffee is really good too they also have a coffee card which is super cool. Love going there.

The guy was very patient with me which I appreciate a lot. There were A LOT of options and the bread/cookies were so pretty. The prices were reasonable as well. I only wish they had boxes for larger orders because some of the cookies and bread became damaged in the bags. The horchata latte was good, not too cinnamony, and quick to make. I would recommend trying this place.

I’ve been coming and getting my bread when I first opened. With their new location off of Shaw and Villa I’ll come all away from Texas San Antonio to be exact and the bread is fresh and very delicious. I tell everybody from Texas how fresh and good it is they always request me to take them back so I do on the airplane but if I take it driving, I eat it all Itnever makes it.

Cafe Oaxaca is a true gem in Fresno! I was delighted to find so many vegan options— I travel to major cities often and this cafe has the one of the best selections of vegan pastries I’ve ever seen. I absolutely loved the chocolate croissant and the conchas! I bought as many vegan items as I could fit on a plane to take on my flight home. I am already looking forward to another trip to Yosemite so I can swing by again!
